Step Into Your Own Engineering Business | $100K

Price reduced - motivated vendor.

A long-standing light engineering business with a strong reputation, loyal customers, and real potential for an owner-operator prepared to get stuck in and drive it forward.

Operating for more than 35 years, the business delivers fabrication, trailer work, vehicle modifications and custom engineering solutions across a broad customer base. Work continues to flow through the door largely from repeat and referral clients, with little active marketing undertaken.

Key Highlights:

• Established 35+ years
• 3-year average revenue of $642,500
• Mix of commercial, trade, Government and private clients
• Strong repeat and referral customer base
• Proven capability in custom and certified fabrication work
• Simple owner-led operation with experienced staff
• Limited marketing currently undertaken
• Clear opportunity to grow revenue and profitability

The Opportunity:
Following a workshop relocation and reduced owner involvement, the business went through a softer period. With the owner now back involved, performance is improving and the foundations remain strong.

This is not a passive investment, it’s an opportunity for a hands-on owner-operator to take charge, tighten operations, increase workflow and reap the rewards. The reputation is there, the customer base is there, and the platform is ready for someone to push it to the next level.

Businesses with this history, reputation and growth potential rarely come to market at this price-point.
