865 hectares in total with approx. 642 Hectares of 23 year + Pine with approx. 17 Hectares of Eucalyptus. The forest is currently leased out under Management.

The Lease runs until 29 May 2031. The land is to be replanted by the land owner, as it is harvested by the current Management.

The land is situated approx. 84 kms north of Kaitaia near the top of the Aupouri Peninsula. Contour is rolling to flat.

There are 4 main soil types, Tangitiki sandy loam covering approx 51% of the land, Wharekohe silt loam covering approx 38%, Te Kopuru sand covering approx. 6% and Ruakaka peaty silt loam on approx. 4%.
