The lease runs until 29 May 2031. The land is to be replanted by the landowner, as it is harvested by the current Management.
The land is situated approx. 84 kms north of Kaitaia near the top of the Aupouri Peninsula. Contour is rolling to flat.
There are 4 main soil types, Tangitiki sandy loam covering approx. 51% of the land, Wharekohe silt loam covering approx. 38%, Te Kopuru sand covering approx. 6% and Ruakaka peaty silt loam on approx. 4%.
