Large Napier distribution centre

Previously occupied by NZ Post Couriers, this substantial distribution facility is now available for lease with long-term security and rights of renewal, offering a cost-effective solution for logistics, warehousing, distribution or transport-related businesses.

The property features approximately 3,300sqm of high-stud warehouse space, designed for operational efficiency and accessed via multiple roller shutter doors allowing easy manoeuvring for trucks, courier fleets and large transport vehicles.

Complementing the warehouse is an extensive office and amenities component spread across two levels, incorporating offices, boardroom facilities, staff canteen and multiple bathroom amenities to comfortably accommodate administrative and operational teams alike.

Externally, the site benefits from a significant sealed hardstand area of up to 4,000sqm, providing excellent versatility for vehicle parking, container storage, fleet operations, car yard use or additional outdoor storage requirements.

Positioned prominently on Taradale Road, one of Napier’s main arterial routes, the property enjoys exceptional exposure to a high daily traffic count together with convenient access to key transport links and surrounding industrial precincts.

Available for occupation from July 2026, this is a rare opportunity to secure a large-scale industrial facility in a tightly held location.
