The Kitchen's Ready. Are You?

The only question is… what will you serve?

Everything else is already here.

Positioned in the vibrant little laneway opposite McDonald's on Manners Street, this food tenancy sits among a thriving mix of hospitality operators, from popular cafés and an exceptional pie shop to Indian cuisine, with Beer Quarter and Meow just around the corner on Edward Street. With the Willis Street car park access nearby, there's a constant flow of people passing through.

Beautifully prepared for a boutique food operator, the space comes with benching, extraction and a service counter already in place, making it easier than ever to bring your concept to life. Additional chattels from the previous tenant are available for purchase.

The landlord has recently introduced a new, competitive rental, making this an exciting opportunity to establish yourself in one of Wellington's most energetic pockets.
