The property is right next to a beach access point and the surf club with flags is a 15 minute walk down the road or beach. It sits behind another house so there is not much road noise either.

There is off-street parking available directly outside the unit. It would suit a single person or couple looking for a comfortable, low-maintenance place to live in a great beachside location.
