This one bedroom flat is very spacious (about 68 m2) and in a great location. The bus is just outside the door and takes just over 10 minutes to get to the city. The large lounge easily fits a good sized home office corner as well.

The flat has great views over beautiful trees, a playground and a nature resort and its a short walk to the Otari-Wilton Bush reserve - very peaceful and beautiful.

The previous tenants had set it up beautifully as per the photos. The heatpump we put in is a commercial style heatpump which keeps the flat toasty during winter. It also comes with a washing machine we bought before the previous tenant moved in.

There is a large (shared) clothesline behind the house that gets great morning sun and the afternoon sun gets in through the lounge windows at the front.

The flat is in a 3 flat house - the current neighbour on the same level is a professional and the two bedroom flat at the bottom level is rented to a professional couple.

We've almost completed a repiling job under the house so there is still sort of a mess at the bottom of the house. However, it has not affected the current tenants at all as the work is not noisy and there is no work outside business hours.

There is sufficient parking at the bottom of the flat and the flat also comes with one car park - at the bottom of the stairs -.
