Dalvey School Road, East, Blue Mountains, Clutha

Dalvey School Road East is a well-balanced 65ha property, located just 6km from Tapanui and 35km from Gore.

Enjoying an excellent north-westerly facing aspect, the property offers a mix of rolling to gentle rolling land, separated by some rough grazing faces and gullies.

Access is from Dalvey School Road East, with the farm subdivided into six main mowable paddocks plus two larger paddocks at the base of the Blue Mountains.

Currently farmed with excellent plant husbandry, the property boasts strong grass and brassica production and benefits from a diligent fertiliser programme. 12ha currently in kale for winter grazing.

Water is supplied from a spring-fed tank and gravity-fed to troughs via an easement over the neighbouring property.

The block is run in conjunction with a larger farming operation, predominantly carrying hoggets and finishing cattle.

A versatile and well-managed property suited to grazing, dairy support, cut and carry or as an add on to an existing operation in the area.
