He Ahi Clean Energy Park
He Ahi Clean Energy Park is a large-scale staged industrial development within Taupō’s established Centennial Industrial area. Stage 1 comprises 14 lots ranging from 3,222m² to 1.8ha, with pricing from approximately $170m² to $195m². The development is suited to owner-occupiers, developers and investors seeking industrial land within the Taupō market. Heavy Industrial zoning supports a broad range of industrial activities.
A key point of difference at He Ahi is access to geothermal heat for selected areas of the development. This may suit businesses with process-heat requirements looking to incorporate renewable energy into their operations.
The development is approximately five minutes from Taupō’s CBD, with convenient access to State Highway 1, Broadlands Road and Kaingaroa Forest via the off-highway road network. This provides practical connections across the North Island, making it well suited to businesses servicing multiple markets. Taupō has a diverse regional economy, with key sectors including geothermal energy, forestry and wood processing, logistics, agriculture, tourism and events.
Each lot has access to potable water, three-phase electricity and fibre at the boundary and is priced individually (plus GST - if any).
