A proven successful Waikato business in the perfect location. An outstanding opportunity here to secure an established and successful boarding kennels and cattery business, along with the land and buildings, which include a three-bedroom house. The location is ideal, as it is close to Hamilton.
The business is able to cater for up to 140 dogs, via long-term stays and doggy day care services. In addition, the business can cater for up to 200 cats for short or long term stays.
This is a very desirable scale and certainly hard to replicate elsewhere, it consistently generates revenue in excess of $800,000, which in turn leads to an attractive and reliable net ‘owner's income’.
The next owners will be able to choose the roles they wish to take within the business and the hours they work, so it can very much be a ‘lifestyle and income business’.
Astute buyers will recognise the opportunity to borrow against the land and buildings and build wealth over time.
Our vendors have very much enjoyed their time as owners of this well-performing business and are ready to pass it on to the next custodians with plenty of forward bookings and a very capable small team in place.
Opportunities to secure a proven business in this sector with the scale this business offers are rare indeed.
