This is a prime opportunity for you to invest in 30.71 ha (more or less) of Pukekohe’s prime cropping land including; a comfortable family home, shedding and pack-area. Currently growing spring onions (scallions), this fertile land is versatile and could also be used for brassicas, onions, potatoes and a variety of crops suited to the local soils and climate.

A bore provides water for the sheds and packing areas. The land is mixed contour and features approximately 17 hectares of land currently being cropped, 2+ hectares for the dwelling and shedding with the balance of land in stream, bush and wetland.

The main packing shed is approx. 180sqm (more or less) with an adjacent shed providing a further 250sqm (more or less) of ancillary shedding for storage and machinery including the original dairy shed and bore.

The residence is a double storey home built in the 1990's with three bedrooms and office, two lounges plus dining and kitchen with large second storey decks providing outdoor entertainment space. The house is well appointed throughout and is very warm and tastefully presented. The house is sited on an elevated platform with a northerly aspect and views across the farm. Located in between Patumahoe & Pukekohe, this is an area renowned for its high-quality growing soils known as Auckland’s breadbasket. This property would make a great investment for a new operator, or a local grower with established operations in the area, looking for additional land for cropping.
