Maximum Occupants: 6
Available Date: The property is available from 25 November 2026 and a 12 month Fixed Term agreement will apply.
Smoking: No smoking is permitted at the property.
Move in Costs: The first weeks rent is due on signing of the agreement. The bond of 4 weeks rent is due prior to the tenancy start date. An additional pet bond of 2 weeks rent may be charged if applicable.
