Bank On Your Future

Some opportunities are simply impossible to recreate.

The Strongroom is one of Feilding's most distinctive hospitality destinations. Housed in a beautifully restored former bank building, this character-filled bar and restaurant embraces its history with private dining rooms set within the original bank vaults, a spacious upstairs function and conference venue, and a welcoming bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Positioned on a high-profile corner site, it's a venue that locals know and visitors remember.

The current owner has lovingly developed the business since 2019 and is now ready for a new chapter, creating an outstanding opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality. With an experienced kitchen team already in place, the business is ideally suited to a hands-on front-of-house operator wanting to be their own boss or an existing hospitality operator looking to expand.

Current sales average approximately $14,000 per week, while previous trading demonstrates the venue has achieved around $21,000 per week. That creates an exciting opportunity for a motivated new owner to unlock the business's full potential, grow profitability and increase its long-term value. Strong lease terms provide a solid platform for future success.

Businesses with this level of character, reputation and potential rarely become available.
