We have a private, self-contained sleepout on Stephenson Street, Blenheim, becoming available Sunday 13 September.

We are looking for one trustworthy, reliable and respectful tenant in a stable situation.
1-year fixed-term tenancy, with the opportunity to renew for the right tenant.

• No washing machine or laundry access currently — laundromat facilities will need to be used.
• We are exploring the possibility of adding washing machine access in the future, but this is not confirmed and there is no guaranteed timeframe. Happy to discuss this further with serious applicants.
