Wai-iti offers 282.4134 ha of established North Canterbury hill country, combining productive grazing land, a substantial family homestead and a strong range of farm infrastructure.

Located approximately 5 km from Waikari, the property rises from rolling downs along McRaes Road through to steeper hill country. Its varied aspect provides a useful balance of north-facing early country and more sheltered southern faces, supporting a range of grazing options.

The farm is well subdivided with post and wire fencing, while stock water is supplied through four units from the district water scheme, supplemented by dams and creeks.

At the centre of Wai-iti is the substantial 248 sq m weatherboard homestead. The home provides five bedrooms, two bathrooms and generous family living, including an open-plan kitchen and living area, separate lounge, walk-in pantry and excellent connection to the veranda, courtyard and established gardens. The master bedroom and ensuite have recently been renovated, while heating is provided by a heat pump, open fire and log burner with wetback.

Farm infrastructure includes a three-stand curved-board woolshed with covered yards, cattle yards, a three-bay powered workshop with a secure concrete-floored bay, fertiliser bin and a 30 m x 40 m horse arena.

Predominantly permanent pasture, Wai-iti forms a well-established sheep and cattle property offering genuine scale, infrastructure and comfortable family living within easy reach of Waikari and Amberley.

The adjoining property "Kintail" is also for sale.
