Eco-Friendly Living

The property uses simple, sustainable systems, including a modern composting toilet and an efficient off-grid power setup.

Utilities

Included:

• Power up to 4 kWh per day, which is suitable for normal daily use, including cooking and general electrical appliances
• Unlimited WiFi

Tenants supply:

• Composting toilet compost
• Diesel for the heater
• Gas for hot water — gas bottles are supplied

The cabin is not suitable for electric heaters or other high-power electrical appliances. A diesel heater is installed specifically to provide efficient winter heating.

Pets

Pets may be considered. The property is not fully fenced, and an additional pet bond will be required for an approved pet.

Shared Driveway & CCTV

The driveway is shared with another tenant. CCTV operates on the shared driveway for security purposes.
