Kapiti Warehouse of scale

Previously home to the Kapiti Cheese Factory, this site is undergoing a significant redevelopment to create a modern, purpose-built facility divided into three highquality tenancy areas, each designed to accommodate a variety of industrial uses.

Tenancy B offers an impressive 1,690sqm of high-stud warehouse space, providing excellent capacity for storage, manufacturing, or distribution operations. This is complemented by a 187sqm north-facing canopy, ideal for all-weather loading and
unloading, and 200sqm of well-appointed office and staff amenities, ensuring a professional and comfortable working environment. The layout also includes a generous yard area, incorporating dedicated parking and ample additional space for external storage, container handling, and efficient vehicle movements.

The property benefits from dual access via Te Roto Drive and Guildford Drive, enhancing traffic flow and providing greater operational efficiency for deliveries and distribution. Roller doors can be positioned to suit the needs of incoming tenants, offering a high degree of flexibility in workflow design.

Strategically located in a well-established industrial area, this tenancy combines scale, functionality, and accessibility, making it a prime choice for businesses seeking modern premises tailored to operational efficiency.
