$15K/Week! 70yr Old Cafe Brand in Auckland

Opportunities like this rarely reach the market. Operating under one of New Zealand's most recognised cafe franchise brands - a name trading since 1952 - this well-established cafe sits within a busyAuckland mall and community hub, drawing steady foot traffic from the moment the doors open. After almost four years at the helm, the current owners are ready to hand over a business primed for its next chapter.

Key Highlights:

• Recent trading averaging circa $15,000 per week, ahead of the last financial year
• Strong margins with gross profit circa 72% and wages controlled at 33% of sales
• 64 seats - an even 32 indoors and 32 in an outdoor dining area, giving genuine capacity across all weather and a strong presence in the hub
• Secure tenure in place
• Open seven days from 7:30am, capturing the early coffee trade through to a 5:30pm close, with extended trading to 7pm Thursdays and Fridays - no dinner service, no liquor, no late nights
• Captive daily foot traffic from a well-patronised community and retail destination - no reliance on passing trade alone
• An experienced team already in place, trained in the brand's systems and running the day-to-day
• Backed by a franchise system: established supply chain, brand recognition, full training and ongoing operational support
• Sales are almost entirely organic with no investment on paid local marketing (other than global franchise marketing), so every growth lever remains available to a new owner
• Large regular clientele and organic users of the mall's amenities
• A major refurbishment completed last year provides new owners with a turnkey operation, while the modern fit-out has supported continued business growth.
