Here is your new Penrose industrial facility. The building is approximately 400m², predominantly made up of clear span warehouse with a small office and amenities. A massive benefit to the property is the eight car parks.
The building comprises two roller doors. The rear roller door opens out to a grassed common area, a great place for fresh air. There is three-phase power, two level offices, concrete block walls, and an iron roof. The block comprises 11 units in total.
The complex is very well run with quiet and tidy tenants. The front facade for all units was recently replaced, along with new car parking lines, giving the complex a great look and feel. Being 400 metres from the SH1 on/off ramp means you are a skip from anywhere north or south. This location is second to none.
