Mt Maunganui beach is a 2m walk via the beach access lane adjacent to be property and accessible via a gate in the backyard and it is a 10m walk to town. If you are looking for the beach lifestyle, this is for you. Private driveway with carport, ample parking and garden shed.

Small pets considered on application.
