The cabin runs on an independent solar system, keeping your power cost fixed at just $25/week — no unexpected winter power bills.
The system provides approximately 5kWh per day on average, covering normal everyday use such as lighting, fridge, Wi-Fi, washing machine and small appliances.
️ During several cloudy days in a row, available power may be lower.
Please note: Electric heaters and extended electric cooking aren't suitable for the solar system, but electric blankets are absolutely fine. The built-in diesel heater and gas hot water provide comfortable heating without draining the batteries.
