Electric heaters and extended electric cooking aren't suitable, but electric blankets are fine. The cabin has a diesel heater and gas hot water to help keep running costs manageable.
Peaceful & secure setting
The cabin is located down a gated shared driveway. The gate needs to remain locked at all times. CCTV covers the shared driveway.
You’ll have full use of the cabin and the land immediately surrounding it, with a lovely outlook over the farmland.
The property has a composting toilet. It is straightforward to use, and we take care of the disposal. You simply provide the composting material.

Unfortunately, no pets due to the unfenced property and the surrounding native environment.
