26 Best Road, Te Horo, Kapiti Coast

"Soldiers Fields" offered to the market for the first time in over 100 years and set across approximately 218 hectares of elevated terraces in Te Horo, this exceptional property offers scale, location and significant future potential.

A key feature is the Resource Consent for a 17-lot rural/lifestyle subdivision, providing exciting long-term development and investment opportunities.

The proposed lots enjoy breathtaking panoramic views encompassing Kapiti Island, Mount Taranaki, Mount Ruapehu and, on clear days, the South Island.

Currently deer fenced, the property features predominantly Class 1 soils, productive rolling country, mature native bush, established flora and fauna, plus an extensive network of walking and mountain-bike tracks.

With one of New Zealand's most temperate climates and year-round growth, the property offers the flexibility to land bank, continue farming and generate an income, while positioning for future development.

Ideally located just 45 minutes from Wellington and Palmerston North, it combines rural tranquillity with convenient access to two major centres.

For the astute investor, this is a rare opportunity to create something truly exceptional - an environmentally conscious and aesthetically outstanding legacy for generations to come.
