Support blocks of this size, calibre and location are a rare find in the current spring sales market - so here is an opportunity not to be missed.

Offered for genuine sale as the vendors look to expand their home farm operations, this well-established 48.93 ha property is an ideal support unit for an existing dairy operation, offering proven carrying capacity and plenty of infrastructure.

The property has comfortably accommodated approx. 190 heifers and cows over winter and is currently running 120 rising two-year-olds. Around 900 silage bales were produced from the property last season, highlighting the quality and productivity of the flat, fertile pasture.

Practicality is well covered, with multiple sets of yards and loading facilities, sound fencing and an array of shedding. Adding a touch of history is the original auction barn and sale ring from the property's days as the Rapu Bull Stud - a unique feature that remains today.

Support blocks of this size in such a handy Te Aroha location are a rare find. With the scale, infrastructure and proven productivity to complement an existing operation, this is quality support country that deserves serious consideration.
