203 Fergusson Road, Halcombe, Manawatu

Are you looking for a well-treed lifestyle that oozes personality, character and potential?

You must put this property on your list. My current vendors have loved living in this pleasantly quirky property but it's time to downsize.

A mountain bike and walking track have been established amongst the established mature trees, which could also be perfect for the kids ponies to race around. For the bird watchers there is a Maimai on the idyllic lagoon. Or another useful fort for the boys. The architectural 3-4 bedroom home has many great features from the always popular cathedral ceilings in the lounge to the conservatory with views to the ranges and sweeping over your property.

The current owners have bought up 4 children in this home and say when there is a crowd invading the home, it works well with lots of separate spaces for everyone to escape. In the winter they keep toasty warm with the very effective central wood burner, perfect for keeping the soup warm. A heat transfer system keeps the bedrooms cosy. Halcombe is certainly a transitional village with lots of new quality homes been built and a Primary school with a brilliant reputation. A bonus is the school bus at the gate. Only 12 minutes to Feilding and 20 minutes to Palmerston North. My vendors are downsizing and want SOLD. Call me anytime to view.
