The studio is well insulated so is warm in winter.

Gardens and lawn mowing are included in the rental.

The furnishings are tasteful and high quality. Rental depends on the length of stay. $395.00 per week for 6 months or more, plus power, Slightly higher rent for a shorter term. Long term rental preferred.
This weekly rental does not include power. The power meter is read monthly and a separate account will be sent to the tenant monthly.
