Here’s your opportunity to acquire an established trades-based contracting business with more than 15 years of trading history and a solid presence throughout the wider Northland region. The business has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliable service and consistent delivery.
The business has been structured to operate with limited involvement from it’s owners. Day-to-day management is handled by an experienced Operations Manager responsible for scheduling and allocating jobs to staff supervision of an experience team of 10 plus employees and supporting subcontractors when required. The adjusted EBITDA has averaged $854K (approx.) per annum over the last three years, demonstrating the earnings capacity of an established business with an experienced team and proven operating systems in place. The business vehicle fleet, together with tools, equipment and operational technology is included in the sale. Importantly, there is scope for growth by further developing the various services this business offers. There is also the potential to increase the flow of new business through a more proactive approach to marketing.
This opportunity is likely to appeal to a range of buyers. An investor or entrepreneur can acquire a profitable operation without the requirement for extensive trade experience, or an existing trades-based contractor seeking to expand on their geographical footprint, customer base and operational capacity.
With strong financial performance, an experienced team and low owner reliance, the groundwork is in place for the next owner to take this successful business forward. All chattels are included in the sale, offering a seamless transition for a new owner.
