329 Kaituna Road, Paengaroa, Western Bay Of Plenty

Rarely does a dairy farm come to market that combines genuine operational efficiency with such a sought-after location. 50.38 ha (contained within one title) along with 10 ha of lease land.

Location: Positioned centrally in the Western Bay of Plenty, the property sits just 6 km from Maketu Village, 12 km from Te Puke and 36 km from Tauranga.

The Farm: Completely flat in contour the property is well drained via a network of drains. A pumice race system provides all-weather access around the property and extends to the leased neighbouring land.

At the heart of the operation is a centrally located 24-aside herringbone shed fitted with an auto-wash plant washing system and automatic cup removers, taking the pressure off milking staff and supporting consistent, efficient throughput. Immediately adjacent to the shed is a substantial concrete feed pad and bunker system plus further feed bunkers and a calf rearing/implement shed close by.

Proven Production: Currently run as a year-round supply, split-calving operation, the farm milks approximately 200 cows - 100 calving in spring and 100 in autumn - producing around 540 kg MS/cow.

Effluent & Water - Sorted: Effluent management is currently handled by a modern solids extraction system, with liquid effluent stored in a bladder. Although the current bladder is at the end of its usable life, a replacement bladder will be installed by the vendor should the new purchaser wish to utilise the property as a dairy unit. Water is supplied via two on-farm bores located close to the dairy shed, each drawing under 35,000 litres per day - comfortably within permitted activity, with no resource consent required.

One Home, One Property: Housing is well catered for with a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home complete with a detached single-car garage and carport. Although not included in this sale, a modern one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin with a large enclosed deck is available as part of the purchase.

Room to Diversify: Beyond the dairy platform, approximately 7 ha of slightly elevated land has been assessed as suitable for kiwifruit production - offering the next owner a genuine option to diversify income streams within the same title.

Act Now: Properties combining this level of infrastructure, production history, and location rarely last long on the market. Contact Phillip or Lindy to arrange your inspection of 329 Kaituna Road, Paengaroa.
