3637. Kaipara Coast Highway, Glorit, Rodney

Superbly positioned on the banks of the Kaipara Harbour is this 38.5-hectare (more or less) waterfront grazing farm with loads of upside!

Standout features include a 6-metre-wide concrete all-tide boat ramp, giving excellent access to the water, and a substantial 500sqm boat shed - ideal for boaties, oyster farm operators, contractors, farmers or those needing a bit more storage.

Sharing a long boundary with the Hoteo River and positioned directly opposite the Mangakura Boat Club, the property offers boating, fishing and duckshooting right from your doorstep. Plus, there’s a ½-round hayshed, cattle yards and predominantly flat grazing land, including a separate 1.27ha section across the road with harbour views.

Conveniently located near Kaukapakapa and Wellsford, with Auckland’s CBD within easy commuting distance, this is an opportunity for boaties, farmers, investors or lifestylers.

The liquidators’ instructions are extremely clear: Sell!

So don’t delay give John a call today - this will be sold!
