Fantastic cheap entry into hospitality!
If you’re looking for a smart entry into hospitality without spending hundreds of thousands on a fit-out, this one deserves a look.
Located in a prominent South Auckland hospitality precinct, this near-new takeaway pizza and pasta business offers a quality fit-out, excellent equipment and a simple counter-service operation, all for just $79,000 plus stock.
The business currently generates approximately $5,750 per week in sales and has been run entirely under management. At this level of turnover, it really needs a hands-on owner or couple who can work in the business, reduce the wage bill and drive sales.
And there is plenty to work with.
Key highlights:
- Weekly sales around $5,750
- Near-new fit-out and equipment
- Six-year lease plus 3-year right of renewal
- Simple counter-service operation
- Huge potential for a hands-on owner or couple
Catering is already set up but has never been actively pursued. Marketing has been largely limited to organic social media, while local advertising, delivery platforms, schools, clubs and community partnerships remain virtually untouched.
The operation itself is refreshingly simple. Customers order via kiosk, receive a pager and collect their food when ready. There is no traditional table service and no liquor licence to manage.
The fit-out is less than a year old, the equipment is near new, everything is owned outright, and several items remain under warranty. You also have a six-year lease from October 2025 plus a further three-year right of renewal.
This isn't a business for an absentee owner. But for a working owner or couple looking for a beautifully presented pizza and pasta operation at a very accessible entry price, there is a lot here to like.
Asking $79,000 plus stock.
