A long-standing restaurant business in one of Wānaka’s best-known central locations, generating seller’s discretionary earnings consistently above $320,000. With approx. 25 yrs of trading history, the business has established appeal among both locals and travellers and could suit an existing operator, a hands-on working owner or an investor.
The business offers a strong lease position, subject to renewal rights, together with established staff and practical food-safety, training and day-to-day operating systems. It trades seven nights and five lunch services weekly through dine-in, takeaway, online ordering and delivery channels.
The Wānaka lifestyle setting, central position and established operating platform provide a credible base for a new owner. Handover terms are negotiable. An incoming owner could focus on menu pricing, margin management, catering, private functions and further development of the existing service channels.
