4551 Wairoa Road, Tutira, Hastings

Located only 7.5 kilometres north of Tutira School, a commutable 53 kilometres north of Napier city, is this 282 hectare easy finishing farm with free draining ash soils.
Boasting large portions of flat and easy tractor country, this fully reticulated farm has benefitted from annual applications of fertiliser and a selective pasture renewal programme.
Improvements include a cattle holding yard, six bay implement shed, and a well established duck shooting dam with maimai, adding further appeal.
With plenty of scope to further intensify and increase production levels, this is a must view as an additional finishing block or standalone farm.
