Sick of the daily grind and the uncertainty of your job? Then check this out! Here's an opportunity to combine home, lifestyle and income in one very special package.

Ohau Blueberries is an established, productive blueberry orchard offering Pick Your Own, with six different (approx 900 plants) varieties fruiting over an extended season. One blueberry patch is completely enclosed with bird netting, while the other two have removable nets.
Tucked away down a quiet no exit country lane, the soundtrack here is more likely to be the delightful calls of Tui and wood pigeons than traffic.

And the potential doesn't stop at blueberries!
The substantial existing shop offers further possibilities, subject to council and regulatory approval.
There's also room for campervan parking with power available, creating another potential income stream.
Even better, an adjoining flat offers plenty of options. Rent it out permanently, use it for Airbnb or B&B accommodation, provide independent living for parents or extended family, or turn it into an office for a work from home business.

The rustic board and batten home fits beautifully into its country setting, with a wrap around veranda and bifold doors opening from the lounge and dining areas to create relaxed indoor/outdoor living. After a busy day, simply slip into the spa pool, put your feet up and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The home features two bedrooms, a large bathroom with accessible facilities, plus a generous internal access garage.
Whether you are looking for a retirement opportunity, a change of direction, or simply a healthier way to live and work, Ohau Blueberries could be the lifestyle change you have been waiting for.
Live here. Work here. Earn here. And enjoy country life while you do it.
