Much cherished by its current family for the past 15 years, this funky and private two-storey Shadowclad home is now ready for another family to create their own forever memories. Well maintained and thoughtfully updated, the home has retained its classic Kiwi bach character while introducing the comforts and conveniences of modern living. Open-plan living creates an easy, relaxed feel, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms providing plenty of room for family and friends.
Outside, the holiday vibe continues with generous decking, a great BBQ area and an outdoor shower - perfect after a day at the beach. The double garage is a real bonus, complete with a loft currently set up as a teenage hangout and easily adaptable for your needs. Add a garden shed, plenty of room for the boat and the beach just a short distance away, and you have all the ingredients for a very special Pauanui escape. A home full of character, memories and plenty more to come.
