There's plenty to like about this original but very tidy 2 bedroom Taupo Lockwood. Well maintained both inside and out, it offers an easy, comfortable layout with plenty of potential to make it your own.
The open plan lounge and dining area enjoys great connection to the outdoors with ranchsliders opening from the lounge and dining room onto the deck - perfect for relaxed holiday living and entertaining.
The kitchen has the bathroom and laundry conveniently located just off it.
The real bonus here is the separate two bedroom sleepout with ranchsliders from both rooms and is attached to a single garage. The sleepout is serviced by an original but tidy Utility. Extensive parking on site, or set up your outdoor activities.
Whether you're looking for a classic Lockwood holiday home, extra space for family and friends, or simply a property with plenty of options, this one is well worth a look and is priced spot on!
