This home has undergone an impressive transformation, featuring a brand-new bathroom, complete with a tiled shower, toilet and vanity. The interior and exterior have been freshly painted, including the roof, while new carpet and curtains throughout add a fresh, homely feel. The original wooden floors have also been beautifully polished, adding warmth and restoring character.

Comfort has been enhanced with new joinery and double glazing throughout, with the addition of a heat pump in the kitchen to supplement the existing compliant wood burner in the lounge. All coming together to make this a cosy home that’s been thoughtfully upgraded from top to bottom.

Outside, the substantial freehold section of just under 1300 square metres has been heavily landscaped, allowing for ample sun to stream into the lounge and deck, while opening the outlook to provide beautiful views of the countryside and Lake Rotorua.
