If you're looking for a modern home near the beach, put 8 Orawahi Road on your list. Built by Jennian Homes, it's still only a few years old and is offered at $850,000 - $50,000 below its CV.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area gives everyone room to gather, while the separate lounge offers space to spread out or enjoy a quiet evening.

There are four bedrooms, including a master with views towards the estuary, a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Good storage throughout and double internal-access garaging make everyday living easier.

The landscaped 583m² section has room to enjoy outside without spending every weekend looking after it.

There's more on offer in the neighbourhood now, too. The new shopping complex, including Paddock to Pantry, makes picking up groceries convenient, while the park, nearby walkways and Glenbrook Beach give you plenty of reasons to get outdoors.

Come and see how life at Kahawai Point could suit you.
