Ahh, the Coastal Life! Imagine relaxing on the deck, soaking up the sunshine and watching the world go by. Days spent out on the water, followed by coming home to your very own quintessential Kiwi bach in sought-after Te Puru.
Everything you need for easy coastal living is right here. Freshly painted inside and out and topped off with a new roof, this home is ready for you to simply move in and enjoy. With two bedrooms plus an additional room that could easily become a third bedroom, there’s room for family and friends. The open-plan kitchen and living area creates a welcoming hub, while two showers make those busy summer days - and family holidays - a whole lot easier.
When winter arrives, cosy up with the heat pump or fireplace and enjoy the charm of bach life all year round.
Outside, the deck is the perfect place to relax and admire the Pohutukawas, with lovely glimpses of the sea. There’s also plenty of room to park the boat or caravan, while the fenced road frontage provides peace of mind for children and pets.
The location is hard to beat. Take a short stroll to sandy Te Puru Beach, wander down to the local store for an ice cream, or simply enjoy having Te Puru School right across the road. Whether you’re looking for the perfect holiday escape, a place to spend Christmas with the family, or somewhere to enjoy the coastal lifestyle full-time, this little gem is ready and waiting.
