For buyers who can see beyond the current presentation, this classic Mt Albert home offers an exciting opportunity to add value and create something truly your own.

Set across a single level, the home features three bedrooms and two living areas, providing a practical layout with plenty of scope for modernisation. Yes, it is dated and will benefit from a thorough makeover — but beneath it all is a home with space, a workable floor plan and genuine potential.

Whether you are looking for a project to transform, an investment with future upside, or a family home you can gradually make your own, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
