Old Coach Road, Clinton, Clutha

Located very close to the South Otago township of Clinton is this bareland block of 15.8811 hectares, ready for you to replant this spring.

The vendors’ dad planted approximately 10 hectares in Pinus Radiata in 1994. These harvested trees were not registered under the Emission Trading Scheme (ETS).

An opportunity to buy into 'trees' as a long term investment, just like what the vendor's dad did so many years ago. The trees have just been harvested, and the slash is windrowed ready for you to replant.

There is still an area of Douglas Firs to be harvested on maturity.

The forestry block sits approximately 160 to 260 metres above sea level and is within an acceptable distance to the Port of Otago and local wood processors.
