Step back in time with this character-filled 1928 cottage, privately tucked away on a generous 809sqm site and offering plenty of potential for someone ready to bring it back to life.

The home features two bedrooms, plus an additional room underneath, a bathroom with a classic clawfoot bath, a
standard kitchen and a cosy little dining room. Original native timber floors remain in parts of the home, adding warmth and character.

Set in a wonderfully private position with a peep of the sea, this property is just moments from the bus stop, Rocky Bay Hall, the beach and local amenities.

This is a property with history, character and potential - but it is important to note that the house requires serious
work and renovation. For the right buyer, it could be an exciting opportunity to restore a piece of local history and create something truly special.
