Not just another white beach house.

93 Grange Road has personality, and plenty of it.

More than $350,000 has been invested in reimagining this original Hahei home, keeping its character firmly intact while giving it a confident new life.

Think polished concrete, Axminster carpet, custom drapery, bespoke lighting, and a customised kitchen. There is a Mediterranean influence, a definite retro edge and absolutely nothing cookie-cutter about it.

The main house offers two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the separate one-bedroom studio and bathroom gives friends and family their own space.

Set across 832sqm (more or less) with elevated sea views, garaging, and room for everything that comes with life at the beach, it's close to Hahei village and the coastline that makes this place so special.

Individual. Unexpected. Seriously cool. And unmistakably Hahei.
