This tidy two bedroom unit is located in popular Akina, the back unit of three. Both other units have tidy, considerate tenants and we require tenants of the same mentality for the rear unit.

The unit comes with plenty of parking and the added bonus of a lock up single garage with power.

The unit has two bedrooms, bathroom with shower/vanity/toilet, kitchen with added laundry tub and dining room, and a good sized sunny lounge with heatpump.

Lawns are included in the rent.
