Set above Rototai Road with views stretching from the mountains to the sea, this warm and inviting home enjoys a wonderfully sunny position and the most gorgeous gardens.

From the balcony you can sit back and watch the weather roll in from the west and the seasons move across the mountains of Kahurangi. With farmland in the foreground and big skies beyond, it's the sort of view you never tire of.

The Fraemohs cottage is set on a substantial concrete basement. Upstairs are two bedrooms and open plan living which opens onto a sunny verandah. The views are amazing. Below, stairs take you down to a rumpus room/ bedroom, storage area and garage. Outside there is plenty of off-street parking.
Step outside and you'll quickly discover what makes 42 Rototai Road particularly special.

The beautiful tiered gardens are the result of around 20 years of love and nurturing. Thoughtfully planted and established over time, they create a tapestry of colour, texture and interest throughout the seasons. There are pathways to wander, sunny spots to stop and an ever-changing display for anyone who loves spending time in the garden.

Warm, sunny and elevated, with a beautiful outlook and a garden that would take years to recreate, this is a home with plenty of heart. If you're a gardener looking for somewhere special to call home, contact Billy today.
