Established Fashion Boutique - Central Taupo

Own an established and growing fashion business in the heart of Taupo.

EM's Boutique is a successful consignment fashion retailer specialising in curated, pre-loved women's clothing, footwear, handbags and accessories.

Established in 2019, the business operates from a prominent central Taupo location and has developed a loyal customer following together with an impressive network of approximately 1,200 consignors from Taupo and throughout New Zealand.

The consignment model provides a continually changing range of quality merchandise while significantly reducing the investment normally required to fund retail stock.

Business highlights include:

• Approximately 1,200 consignors
• Established central Taupo retail location
• Proven consignment business model
• Shopify website and established social media presence
• Genuine opportunities to expand menswear and online sales
• Comprehensive handover and training available
• Loyal local customer following and repeat trade
• Nationwide shipping supported by an established online store

The business is predominantly store-based, with direct online sales currently representing only around 5% of sales. With Shopify and nationwide fulfilment already established, this provides a genuine opportunity for a new owner to further develop online and social selling alongside the successful retail operation.

Asking Price: $250,000 including stock
