We’re currently building our new home at the back of the property（ it will be two different sections) which is expected to be ready in EARLY NOVEMBER. Once we move, this much-loved family home will be available for rent.

It’s a spacious two-storey home with six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large front garden, with off-street parking for up to three cars, plus plenty of street parking.

Downstairs ：living room, kitchen, laundry, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and three bedrooms.

Upstairs：Three bedrooms. The bathroom also works as a semi-ensuite, with direct access from the master bedroom as well as hallway access. The master bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe. One of the upstairs bedrooms is especially large, giving you plenty of options for how to use the space.

With six bedrooms, the layout is very flexible — whether you need extra bedrooms, a home office, playroom or a second living space ( we use one of the bedroom as our second lounge). It would suit a larger family, or simply anyone who enjoys having a little more room.

We moved here four years ago and did some updating when we moved in, so the house may look a little different from some older photos you might find online. Our kids have had many happy times here, and we hope the next family will enjoy the space as much as we have.

*Note* The front portion of the driveway will be shared by both properties.

We are also planning to relocate the existing gate to the back house which meaning the front house will not have a gate.
