Luxurious Spa & Nails, St Lukes and Newmarket

Looking for a fresh business opportunity in Auckland, backed by proven systems and brand support?

Two opportunities available in St Lukes and 3277 Newmarket. Each clinic is $200,000 (+GST) each.

This is a new franchise opportunity for Auckland, operating under New Zealand’s first franchise-based nail salon brand . You’re stepping into a new territory launch with franchise backing in place, including established operating systems, centralised marketing, and head office-managed supplier relationships that reduce start-up friction and risk .

The business model is appointment-based and repeat-visit by nature, with revenue generated through core nail services, premium enhancements and add-ons . In Auckland, a well-run salon can build a loyal local following while benefiting from the area’s destination market and seasonal uplift.

Key Strengths:

• Six existing franchisees making between $150,000 to $190,000 p/a
• Two new locations available ($200,000 + GST each), St Lukes Mall and 277 Newmarket Mall
• Franchise systems and head office support to reduce start-up risk
• Centralised marketing (social media, Facebook, billboard activity) handled by head office
• Head office-managed suppliers for consistency and streamlined ordering
• Strong recurring revenue potential through repeat maintenance and rebooking culture
• Clear growth levers: diary utilisation, upsells, add-ons, peak-season trading hours and local partnerships
• Possible managed business

Owner involvement can suit the buyer. Ideal for a qualified nail technician ready to lead and grow a loyal client base in a premium market, or an investor/manager who can build a strong team and drive results through systems, rebooking, and service standards.

New Auckland sites with franchise support and strong potential to build a presence in a high-profile market.
