Welcome to Taumata, one of Waitoki’s largest landholdings. Offering over 80 hectares, two homes and an established grazing operation, it’s remarkably positioned just 26 kilometres from Auckland CBD.

At the heart of the property is a distinctive Terry Hitchcock-designed three-bedroom residence. North-facing and surrounded by established gardens, the home has been designed to sit naturally within its country setting. Inside comprises of a large lounge, conservatory and two and a half bathrooms, while outside a saltwater swimming pool provides another great space to enjoy the property.

The second dwelling is a well-presented three-bedroom, two-bathroom Lockwood home with a separate driveway, providing excellent independence for extended family, farm accommodation or additional income.

Currently running approximately 120 cattle, the farm is well established for grazing, with 26 paddocks, a central race, cattle yards and a half-round barn. An established water system services the farm, including dam water pumped to the barn and gravity-fed across the property to troughs.

Established plantings throughout include Tasmanian blackwood, redwoods, eucalyptus, pines and other exotic species. An established orchard, along with olives, macadamias, chestnuts and a variety of fruit trees, brings another element to this diverse country property.

Our vendors are more than ready for a life change and have instructed this property be sold.
