Located on Stock & Portsmouth Road is this 25.9 hectare orchard property of predominantly apples with a small portion of stone fruit.

The property has been developed over the years by an owner operator and shows foresight and early adoption of modern varieties and planting systems. The variety mix includes Fuji Supreme, Galaxy, Premier Star, Jazz, Envy and Pacific Queen. There is approx. 2.5 hectares of stone fruit, being, Black Doris and Purple Majesty plums and a small block of nectarines that provide early cashflow.

The Irongate Stream flows through the block and access over is via two bridges, there are three entry points to the block allowing easy access for heavy traffic. An original shed is adjacent to the Stock Road entrance and the only other building is a small shed that provides basic staff facilities. Two bores ensure a mix of irrigation and overhead frost protection. Approx 3.2 hectares of hail netting covers a portion of the Envy. Four frost fans complete the improvements. There is approximately 2.2 hectares of bare land in the centre of the block ready to be redeveloped.

This property is currently under lease until May 2027 so is available post 2027 harvest. Seldom is an orchard block of this calibre made available to the market.
