Simply magnificent! Lovingly updated family home. Incredibly spacious 4 bedroom family home with two bathrooms. Very generous sized bedrooms with ample storage space in each room. Sun-drenched home that just makes you feel seriously good from just being in it! Every room is so sunny and warm! Upgraded modern kitchen with open plan dining and lounge. Bifold lounge doors open onto deck area at the front of home. Highly polished wooden floors throughout and automatic blinds in the bedrooms.
However, if all of this is not enough, the major surprise here is the amazing entertainment area at the rear of the property. Fully covered and semi enclosed entertainment deck, perfect for all-year-round entertaining. Monsoon curtains close to make this the entertainment and barbeque area absolutely fabulous. Entertain your friends here during Rugby, League or the Super8 events. It's just, in one word, PERFECT!!! It just doesn't get any better!
Coupled with the double garage and even more storage area, there is further off street parking for another 3 or so vehicles.

And this is not to mention the location. Across the road is a laundromat, Superette (for those last-minute things!), amongst other retail outlets. Just a very short drive to Great North Road and New Lynn.
