Overlooking the city sits this sunny 1940's Art Deco home offering three large bedrooms and a sunroom, just a healthy walk down the steps of Jacobs Ladder from Ravenswood Road.

The three bedrooms are all generous Queen bed-sized with wardrobes or hangers. The family bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity and toilet. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The compact kitchen/dining area connects into the large lounge with a bay window overlooking expansive views of the city and harbour. Two heat pumps spread the warmth, and curtains are in good condition. A separate laundry has a washing machine. Down below there is basement space for plenty of storage.

At street level, a large car-deck provides off-street parking and room for all the bins. This home is offered at very reasonable rent.
